Need to share information about the Band?

The Communication team manages when and how information is shared. To make a request, fill out the form below and submit at least 3 days before the communication is needed.

We share information through these channels:

  • Band Newsletter - Sent on Sundays. The newsletter contains items like: weekly schedule, event info, volunteer requests, news, treasury requests, etc.

  • Band Emails - Sent as needed for time-sensitive or one-to-one items, like your student’s financial account ledger.

  • Social Media - Posted as needed to promote band events, news, and fundraising though Instagram (@thehebronband, @hebronbbc), Facebook (The Hebron Band), and X (@TheHebronBand).

  • Website - Posted as needed on hebronband.org to keep band families and the community updated.

  • Section Parent GroupMe - As needed for quick-turn reminders. Primarily a parent-to-parent channel for quick questions/ answers.
