How to get started volunteering in 3 easy steps
Getting the 350+ students in the Hebron High School Marching Band on the field and marching is a huge job that requires the help of an army of volunteers. The support of these family members and friends is what provides countless things from uniform fittings, to props for the show, to the water they drink during performances. Each family is asked to volunteer at least three times each season. We have a wide variety of jobs available to accommodate your schedules and strengths.
Before you start searching the volunteer site for the right job for you, there are 3 simple steps that must be completed by everyone, every year.
STEP 1- Get Your District Required Background Check
The school district requires that everyone must be background checked in order to do any volunteer jobs interacting with the band students. It is a simple process and shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes. Go to lewisvilleisd.voly.org or click the button below to fill out your form.

STEP 2 - Fill Out the "Getting to Know You" Volunteer Questionnaire

STEP 3 - Join the Hebron Band Volunteers Event on Voly
Once you have received your background check approval e-mail from the school district, we need you to do one more step so we know that you have been approved to volunteer. Please click on the button below, then click on the red “Sign up” button on the upper right corner of the page.
